The premise is quite simple. One participant asks another if they have ever seen something silly or incredible. Hopefully the question rhymes and portrays a unique and silly visual image. (Example: Have you ever seen a deer taste a root beer?) The other participants in chorus style chime in with, "Not until now!" It is then the next person's turn to come up with his own splendid statement. The game continues until a child falls asleep or a parent's pateince wears thin.
Here is an excerpt from Brett's soon-to-be-published tome:
Not until now!
Have you ever seen a shark play a song in the dark?
(Everybody together!)
Not until now!!
Have you ever seen a stool make a girl feel so cool?
(You know what to do)
NOT UNTIL NOW!
Have you ever seen a sock that was a trusty mop? (That almost rhymes)
NOT UNTIL NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Have you ever seen a baby who was a crazy lady?
Not until what?
NOT UNTIL NOW
And finally,
Have you ever seen a smile make you laugh for a while?
That's right, make this your best one . . .
NOT UNTIL NOW!!

oh, we decided not to get the house for now, but will in about a year, so the $$ will have to wait, but it will come some day!!
I think that definitely has big potential for a children's book! So funny!
Cute Kasia! Hey, we made it over to Sicilys. It was so YUM! Thanks for the review.
YEA Emily! I'm glad you liked it. Did you talk to Eddie?
You guys are funny- LOVE the daisy outfit.
That really is such a fun game to do with the kids! It reminds me of that children's song "down by the bay...where the watermelons grow..." Fun!
Oh how we miss you guys! I'm so happy we'll be connected by our blogs now! I too will be checking yours often, so that's very exciting. Wil and Maisy are so adorable and they're getting so big. Brinley walked in, saw Wilson and said "wow, he's really gettin' big and he looks different (the picture with the funny teeth)!" He really must be if SHE noticed haha! Till next time :)
Love ya girl, Taralee
