That's right, the American Idol Fantasy League (AIFL) is coming. We're putting together our own fantasy contest! If you're an American Idol fan, this will be the perfect contest for you. If you are not yet an American Idol fan, WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM? (By the way, this is Brett typing. Kasia would never type something like that.)
Anyway, the main idea is to pick the contestants you think will go the farthest in this new season of American Idol. Once the 24 semifinalists are named on Wednesday night, you will pick the ten you think will go the farthest, and you will get points for every week they stick around. You will also get points for guessing who will be eliminated each week, and for picking the American Idol.
We'll post the complete details and rules in a few days (when we finish thinking of them). In the mean time, plan on watching AI on Tuesday and Wednesday so that you can narrow down who you think will go far.
It's going to be lots of fun. Plan on participating with us! We'll be posting weekly standings and updates.

haha! That is hilarious! I watched that guy on AI and thought he was funny...especially liked Paula's dancing. That was so cute hearing Maisy sing it! She did such a good job. We shall attempt to participate in the new game thingy. We regularly watch AI and find it really entertaining.

Oh and thanks, our girls (and Sean) are now running around the house singing at the top of their lungs "YOU ARE MY BROTHER, I LOVE YOU FOREVER." It's quite lovely, especially when you throw Lucy's screaming along in the background.

That was PRETTY funny. I think if Maisy had been trying out she would have deffinatly gone to Hollywood! That is classic. Now... about this whole AI game and the fact that something is WRONG WITH ME because I don't watch the show. Well that's fine. Think what you will, but I don't give in to peer pressure. I still feel good about myself and the choices I have made.
I want to play. I felt left out after the football fantasy game so I'm so IN this time. Abby loved listening to Maisy and Wil. She's begging me to watch it again, so I guess that's what we'll be doing now. :)
ALL RIGHT!!!! I am definitely a FAN, now.... I have not watched Idol until this year, and I missed Lucas, but I vote for Maisy! she will be number 1 - and then Wil, (could use a little more drama)and the Brett as lead singer??? hmmm, you all get my vote!
