My princesses

Okay, so here's an example of the kind of situations we have at our house on an average day:
The other day, Wilson found Maisy's PRINCESS DRESS in the closet. He began to persistantly urge her to put it on. "No! It ouchy me!" was her continuous reply.
Wilson, realizing he must do something drastic if he was to get results, formed a new tactic. "Watch me, Maisy. I will put the dress on and show you it doesn't hurt." So, Wilson gallantly stepped into the dress. "See Maisy. It doesn't even hurt me at all!" (Yeah, Wil--we can see that it is not hurting you at all.)
Maisy just giggled and replied, "Oh Wilson, that looks sooo pretty!" As you can see, Maisy finally succumbed because she did try the dress on for herself.
I'm glad she did because she is a Petite and Pretty, Perfect little Princess. And just a little disclosure: Wilson did allow me to take pictures of him, but I had to promise not to send them to any of his friends. Posting them on the blog is my way of getting around the disclosure!

That is TOO FUNNY! What a great big brother that Wilson is! Isn't it so funny having a boy and a girl? Spencer is fascinated by Janelle's princess necklaces, and always steals them. Janelle's response is always, "Mom, he CAN'T have my necklace, it's just TOO girly!"

Awww, he looks so cute (and Maisy is so gorgeous -- how have you not eaten her already?).

Nate loves to dress up in Ellie's ballerina costume, except unlike Wil, he's PROUD of it. He shows it off to all the neighbor boys -- "Look at me!" It's really going to get him in trouble one day!

I know what you mean, Maddy. Someday, during Wil's teenager years, I'll whip out these pictures of him. They will be awesome blackmail material.

That is sooooo very funny. Unfortunately, Wilson looks very pretty in that dress. Don't tell him I said that. Fortunately, Maisy does, too. :)

so glad i don't have any boys...i fear that if they ever tried on clothes they would use that as the excuse of why they became gay later on. i couldn't take that much stress!!
